Are you a master of logistics with a passion for connecting people to meaningful work National Networks Plus (NNP) a trusted not-for-profit staffing agency in aged care Home Care and Community services is looking for a Workforce Planner Rostering to join our dynamic scheduling team.

About the Role

As a After Hours Roster Coordinator you will be the frontline contact for clients and staff ensuring shifts are filled efficiently and effectively outside of office hours.

Youll play a key role in supporting NNPs service delivery by creating well-coordinated rosters responding to urgent client needs and providing a positive experience for both clients and staff.

This role suits someone who can multi-task manage a busy phone line and multiple email inboxes.

Shift Hours are:

  • Monday - Friday 5am-830am
  • Monday - Friday 5pm-11pm
  • Sat and Sun 5am - 2pm
  • Sat and Sun 2pm - 11pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for client roster and staffing requests.
  • Coordinate rosters for Community (Disability & Youth) Aged Care and Home Care services using best practice staffing strategies.
  • Respond swiftly to last-minute changes cancellations and emergency staffing needs.
  • Liaise with staff and clients via phone email to ensure clear timely communication.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to build strong ongoing relationships.
  • Complete handovers maintain accurate documentation and escalate any concerns as required.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills phone and written.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under time pressure.
  • Ability to remain calm and proactive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
  • Experience working in administration
  • Previous experience in rostering scheduling or workforce coordination a benefit but not essential
  • A laptop or PC with Windows 11
  • A quiet home office with ergonomic set up and additional screens
  • Able to attend 1 week training at our Head Office in Frenchs Forest prior to shifts starting.
