About the roleThis is a permanent part-time opportunity working 21 hours/ week and will be based in Dubbo - Availability to work Monday Tuesday and the third day can be negotiated Are you a proactive and highly organised professional who genuinely cares about making a difference in the lives of families Do you thrive in a supportive environment where your initiative and attention to detail can help a team succeedAbout you in the RoleAs an Administration Officer youll be the backbone of our PSP program ensuring smooth operations by handling essential administrative tasks and supporting caseworkers in the field. Your role will include: Administrative Support: data entry supporting financial processes preparing documents and taking meeting minutes. Reception & Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries liaising with service providers and contractors. Event & Meeting Coordination: Setting up and scheduling meetings booking travel and organising program-related events. Fleet & Safety Management: Overseeing program vehicles and processing logbooks.
