Our client has built a modern SaaS platform used by 600 Shopify merchants with customers including leading fashion beauty and lifestyle retailers. Growth has been exceptional with ARR increasing by more than 20% last month alone.
Now theyre looking for an Account Manager to own customer success drive account growth and become the trusted advisor for their merchant community.
What youll be doing:
Youll inherit an engaged customer base and become their primary point of contact.
Your role will include:
- Managing relationships across an established portfolio of merchants
- Identifying upsell opportunities as customers grow
- Reducing churn through proactive engagement
- Guiding new customers through onboarding
- Working closely with agency partners
- Helping customers maximise platform value
- Collaborating with Product Growth and Engineering to improve customer outcomes
This isnt a cold sales role.
Its about building relationships solving problems and helping customers succeed.
What were looking for
Ideally youll bring:
- 2 years in Account Management Customer Success or Client Services
- Experience within SaaS ecommerce technology or digital agencies
- Shopify knowledge (highly regarded)
- Outstanding communication skills
- A commercial mindset without being overly sales-focused
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers succeed
