This is a full time permanent position.

The Account Executive team is a core driver of growth within this role you will be responsible for driving new business across our Acquiring Card FX and Payment API product suite targeting eCommerce retailers marketplaces online travel agents and other high-potential verticals.

As an Account Executive you will combine deep payments expertise with a strong commercial mindset to deliver consistent results across the SME & Growth segment.

• Proactively identify hunt and convert new business opportunities across Australia leveraging your network industry expertise and strategic prospecting.

• Own and drive the full sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting through to close across SME Accounts accounts.

• Lead complex commercial negotiations partnering closely with Legal Finance and Strategy to execute agreements.

• Build manage and maintain a high-quality pipeline while contributing to the definition and evolution of sales best practices for the Australian business.

• Proven success in tech sales with a strong track record of consistently exceeding quotas and driving new business growth.

• Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted individual contributor with the maturity and leadership capability to influence team outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels from operators to senior executives.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with experience navigating complex sales cycles.

• A highly proactive and independent mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

• A collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes.
