Travel Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Planner to join our remote this role you will work directly with clients to research plan and coordinate travel arrangements while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
• Research flights accommodations transportation vacation packages cruises and activities
• Create customized travel itineraries
• Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details
• Respond to client inquiries via phone email and chat
• Monitor travel updates and communicate itinerary changes
• Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
• Provide ongoing support before during and after travel
• Stay informed about travel destinations supplier offerings and industry trends

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Experience in travel planning hospitality or customer service
• Familiarity with reservation systems or CRM software
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel planning
