Salesforce QA Analyst

Location: Argentina Uruguay or Colombia fully remote

We are looking for a manual QA Analyst to work inside an Agile delivery team close to the people writing the stories and the people writing the code.

You will read user stories before they are built and find what is missing in them write the test cases that prove the functionality does what the story says and run those cases by hand. When something breaks you are the person who explains it clearly enough that a developer can act on it without a second conversation.

You do not need Salesforce experience to apply. We would rather hire someone who tests well and teach them the platform than the other way around. The day-to-day runs in Spanish and you will use written English with the wider team.

• Story analysis. Analyze user stories for inaccuracies or missing details before development starts.

• Test case design. Write comprehensive test cases for user stories.

• Manual testing. Run those cases to verify that the functionality matches the story.

• Agile collaboration. Work inside a delivery team through its full cycle with the Product Owner and the developers.

• Clear defect reporting. Communicate issues to developers early with enough detail to act on.

• 3 years of hands-on manual QA experience.

• API testing. Proven experience testing APIs.

• Web application testing. Experience testing web-based projects and applications.

• Basic programming skills.

• English B1 or above. Written English for the wider team. The day-to-day runs in Spanish.

• Experience testing Salesforce or another heavily configured business platform

• ISTQB certification

• Knowledge of automating basic test cases with Selenium WebDriver (Java or JavaScript binding)

• Experience automating UI API and load testing
