Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Support Engineer to join an international digital transformation project within a leading company in the energy and sustainability sector. You will work closely with development and operations teams helping maintain and improve internal platforms and microservices while ensuring high-quality technical support.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in a collaborative cloud-based and API-driven environment with modern technologies and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal applications and services.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve incidents.
- Monitor and maintain microservices and APIs.
- Participate in deployments testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support integrations with cloud services and third-party platforms.
- Document issues processes and technical solutions.
- Work in an agile and multicultural environment.
Qualifications :
Must Have
- Experience with .NET/ C#
- Knowledge of React TypeScript
- Experience using Git
- Experience with relational databases (SQL)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API consumption
- Fluent or advanced Spanish proficiency
Nice to Have
- Experience with NestJS
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud services such as S3 Lambda and Athena
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using DataDog
