Location: Al Khobar Saudi Arabia

We are hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical and engineering roles. The position involves sourcing screening interviewing and placing qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers to support staffing strategies and ensure smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full-cycle technical recruitment process.
• Source screen and interview technical candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes.
• Support recruitment strategies for engineering and technical roles.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 23 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment (Oil & Gas Petrochemical or Energy sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of engineering and technical positions.
• Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn and NaukriGulf.
• Experience handling clients like Saudi Aramco SABIC Maaden or other MNCs.
• Strong sourcing screening and talent acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
