Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ITSM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct system testing troubleshooting and provide support during system implementations and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to processes procedures and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate systems and ensure seamless operation.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices new features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst with expertise in IT Service Management processes.
- Handson experience working with ServiceNow platform including configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- ServiceNow certification(s).
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
