Senior Professional Services Consultant

We have an opportunity for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our Professional Services Solutions team located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia reporting to the Director of Professional Services Solutions for EMEA.In this pivotal role you will work to accelerate customer adoption of our products by providing installation services and technical leadership to our customers. Youre the ideal candidate if you have experience with software development networking and/or security and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction. You will be expected to hit billable utilization targets as well as for ways to add value to our customers.

Be a Contributor What Youll Do

• Understand customer business requirements pain-points and be able to translate them into actionable implementationprojects
• Work closely with customers and other Infoblox ProfessionalServices team members to meet customer technical andbusiness challenges utilizing Infoblox products (NIOSUniversalDDIInfobloxThreatDefense) as quickly as possible
• Create projecttechnical documentation
• PerformInfobloxupgrades/refreshes for customer environments
• Ensureprojects complete successfully on time and on budget achieving project goals with a customersatisfaction score of95 or above
• Leverage AI-powered tools and insights to enhance customer discovery accelerate services scoping improve proposal quality and drive efficient pre-sales engagement while maintaining sound professional judgment and customer focus
• Mentor customers on Infoblox technology as part of project delivery
• Mentor Infoblox Skilled to Secure partners on Infoblox implementation best practices
• Contribute to the ProfessionalServicesknowledge base
• Establish outstanding relationships trust and collaboration with the regional Professional Services Support and Sales teams

Be Prepared What You Bring

• 3 years in professional services delivery and consulting; Infoblox BlueCat or Palo Alto Networks experience is a plus
• Experience working in a SaaS networking and/or software security is a plus
• Experience with DNS DHCP and IP address management is a plus
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform Ansible Jenkins etc. is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP and Azure) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills influencing skills and the ability to present at internal and external meetings
• A customer-centric mindset and the willingness to take initiative to do the right thing for the customer
• Good technical knowledge of security concepts and implementations/products is an added advantage
• Ability for up to 40% travel
• A minimum of a bachelors degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience

Be Successful Your Path

First 90 Days:

• Immerse yourself in our culture connect with mentors (Blox Buddies) and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work
• Discuss and create short/long term goals

Six Months:

• Work closely with Infoblox customers to implement our solutions.
• Complete / attain significant progress in certification for Infoblox products
• Meet metrics for utilization and customer satisfaction

One Year:

• Be a trusted technical resource for Infoblox products for implementation and consulting
• Be comfortable implementing projects in the full lifecycle of Infoblox Standard Migration Methodology
• Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base
