On behalf of clients we are looking for Seeds Sorting Specialist
Job summary
The Seeds Sorting Specialist is responsible for the efficient and accurate sorting of seeds in an agricultural or seed production facility. This role involves operating seed sorting machinery maintaining quality control standards and ensuring that all sorted seeds meet the required specifications
Responsibilities :
- Use and maintain seed sorting equipment to classify seeds based on size weight and quality.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure sorted seeds meet specified standards.
- Record and maintain accurate data on sorted seed batches including quantities and quality metrics.
- Identify and resolve issues in the sorting process to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving seed bags and containers.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sorting machinery to minimize downtime.
