- Design creative and visually compelling content for social media platforms
- Create banners posters flyers brochures and promotional graphics
- Develop consistent branding materials and marketing collateral
- Edit and enhance images for digital campaigns and online use
- Design layouts for presentations advertisements and digital ads
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
- Ensure visual consistency and high design standards across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Canva or similar design tools
- Strong sense of creativity color theory typography and layout design
- Experience creating modern engaging social media content
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable personal laptop/computer and stable internet connection
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Portfolio or sample work is highly desirable

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; MBA preferred. 25 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles with demonstrable success in driving growth. Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and leading end-to-end campaign execution. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM social media marketing email marketing and content strategy. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics platforms. Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication presentation and leadership abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable. Location: Bangalore with flexibility for occasional travel as need
