ملخص الوظيفة
- Supervise and guide electrical maintenance teams on site
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Maintain and troubleshoot critical electrical equipment including switchgear transformers motors generators and VFDs
- Work with PLC SCADA and other industrial control systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly and safely
- Ensure all work complies with IEC OSHA and Aramco safety and technical standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records reports and logs
- Support planned shutdowns turnarounds and major maintenance projects
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments contractors and vendors
- Manage inventory of spare parts tools and materials
- Train and mentor junior electrical personnel
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance
- At least 4 years in a supervisory role preferably in refinery or petrochemical environments
- Mandatory Aramco project experience
- Proven experience with conveyors ship loading and solid handling systems is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of PLC SCADA and control system integration
- Valid Iqama with transferable status (if applicable)
- Willingness to work in a demanding high-safety environment with full compliance to project requirements
