ملخص الوظيفة
- Manage and execute Operation & Maintenance (O&M) projects ensuring compliance with the scope of work budget schedule and contractual requirements.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Security Systems and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
- Manage and direct the project team including engineers and technicians assign tasks and monitor performance levels.
- Ensure the achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the client.
- Monitor the quality of executed works and ensure compliance with technical requirements quality standards and health and safety requirements.
- Manage project risks and operational issues and establish appropriate procedures and solutions to address them.
- Coordinate with the client management and internal departments to ensure business continuity and achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and monitor preventive and corrective O&M plans and schedules and follow up on work orders service requests and breakdowns until closure within the specified timeframe.
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of Security Systems and ELV systems including CCTV Access Control VMS Perimeter Security and Networks.
- Manage engineering and technical teams allocate tasks and resources and monitor performance and training requirements.
- Review work orders technical reports and maintenance reports; prepare and monitor KPIs and SLAs and submit them to management and the client.
- Follow up on project requirements for spare parts tools and equipment and coordinate with Procurement Warehouses Suppliers and Contractors.
- Monitor the project scope budget costs and execution quality ensuring compliance with the contract quality requirements occupational health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the client conduct regular meetings and follow up on comments requirements and corrective actions.
- Manage project documents and records monitor risks and operational issues and escalate them to management with appropriate recommendations and solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Communications Engineering Computer Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- ITIL certification or certifications related to Operation & Maintenance and Services Management are considered an additional advantage.
- Specialized courses or certifications in ELV / Security Systems are preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management preferably in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) projects.
- Experience in managing Security Systems and ELV projects.
- Knowledge of CCTV Access Control VMS Perimeter Security and Networks.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and following up on work orders and service requests.
- Knowledge of KPIs and SLAs and experience in preparing performance reports.
- Ability to manage project teams resources costs risks and project scope.
- Strong communication leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project Management Software and English language.
Required Skills:
Education & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Communications Engineering Computer Engineering or a related engineering discipline. PMP certification is preferred. ITIL certification or certifications related to Operation & Maintenance and Services Management are considered an additional advantage. Specialized courses or certifications in ELV / Security Systems are preferred.
