ملخص الوظيفة

Provide direct administrative and technical supervision of all employees.

Monitor attendance discipline task allocation and performance evaluation.

Foster a positive work environment motivate teams and identify training needs.

Develop and implement operational plans and schedules.

Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Prepare operational and financial reports and manage operational risks.

Implement contingency plans and ensure compliance with quality and occupational safety standards.

Lead operational meetings and resolve urgent technical and administrative issues.

Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) prepare periodic performance reports analyze results and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions to achieve operational and strategic objectives.

المتطلبات

Saudi National.

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

57 years of experience in Operations Management or Site Management.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office ERP systems and Primavera.

Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Required Skills:
