Manager Showroom

To manage the overall operations sales performance and customer experience of the showroom ensuring brand standards team productivity and business targets are consistently achieved.

• Showroom Operations Management:Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean organized and customer-ready showroom environment.
• Sales Target Achievement:Drive sales performance for assigned targets monitoring progress and motivating the team.
• Customer Experience:Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally.
• Visual Merchandising:Ensure product displays layouts and updated price tags and align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
• Inventory Oversight:Monitor stock availability coordinate with supply chain teams to sell available stock.
• Reporting & Analysis:Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales and performance reports for management.
• Customer Feedback:Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
• Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.

• Minimum five years of experience in showroom management.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
