Lead Estimator

Title:

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• Minimum (10 to 20) years experience in project cost estimation for engineering procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.
• Lead the preparation of classified estimates during project development stages. Prepare and manage estimate plans. Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.
• Prepare and review cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor All-in Rates Material Construction etc.).
• Lead and coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the TIC Estimate.
• Review validate and present cost estimate reports to management and clients. Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage). Familiarization with SAEP-25.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to estimators and ensure estimating best practices are followed.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
