Key Responsibilities

The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in managing complex interfaces coupled with exceptional communication stakeholder engagement and coordination addition the individual should demonstrate a high level of professionalism ownership and performance with the ability to effectively navigate and resolve interface-related challenges.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary project activities across multiple teams and regions.
• Manage project interfaces between clients contractors vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support project alignment collaboration and successful delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings progress reviews and communication between project teams and senior management.
• Monitor project schedule risks progress and delivery performance.
• Support project governance reporting and change management activities.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between global delivery centres and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures quality standards and HSE requirements.

• Degree in Project Management Business Engineering Management or related discipline.
• Experience preferably in EPC/EPCM/PMC project environments.
• Strong experience in project coordination interface management stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working on major capital projects within multinational environments.
• Strong communication leadership and organisational skills.
