Document Controller Marine Construction & Reclamation Projects

Location:Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedDocument Controllerto manage project documentation for large-scale marine construction and land reclamation works. The ideal candidate will have experience usingProcoreMicrosoft Office Suite andExcel with a strong understanding of construction workflows and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing project documents (technical submittals drawings reports correspondence).
Maintain version control and ensure documents are archived in accordance with project procedures.
UseProcoreand related software platforms for document control drawing distribution and approval workflows.
Track documentation status and generate reports for project management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure timely flow of documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client-specific document protocols.
Support the project site team with document distribution and filing systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 35 years experience as a Document Controller preferably inmarine construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficient inProcore Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and other project management tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
