ملخص الوظيفة

Responsibilities and Roles :

Develop and manage project documentation including project charters stakeholder management and technical proposals (RFP RFI).

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and plans.

Oversee data management and content structuring based on industry taxonomies.

Track and report project risks issues and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare and analyze dashboards and reports for executive leadership and governance boards.

Ensure data quality and implement Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) measures.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless project within set timelines.

Support financial analysis budget planning and resource allocation for projects.

Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans for the sector.

Lead consulting engagements providing actionable recommendations for business improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.

Certifications: PMP certification (preferred).

Experience: 2 years of experience in consulting project management or a related domain.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (PowerPoint Excel Word).
Experience with Microsoft Project.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Language: Proficiency in English (reading writing and speaking).

Availability: Immediate availability to join is preferred.
