Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence within the industrial sector across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial manufacturing oil & gas utilities and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients consultants contractors and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Generate leads conduct market research and identify potential projects and customers.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals quotations and tender submissions.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with operations engineering procurement and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts and progress reports.
- Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and client meetings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in business development sales or account management within the industrial sector.
- Strong network within the Saudi industrial manufacturing oil & gas or infrastructure market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
- Experience in tendering contract negotiation and commercial management.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
