Position: Associate Expert Scrum Master

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is a leading IT outsourcing company based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Expert Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

As an Associate Expert Scrum Master you will play a critical role in driving the success of our software development projects. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of high-quality products to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate the agile development process and ensure that all team members are following Scrum principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings sprint planning sprint retrospective and other Scrum ceremonies

- Guide and coach the development team on how to use Scrum practices and values to achieve project objectives

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog

- Identify and remove any impediments that may be hindering the teams progress

- Ensure that the team is following Scrum processes and continuously improving their practices

- Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues to the Scrum Master and stakeholders

- Promote a culture of collaboration transparency and continuous improvement within the team

- Act as a servant leader and foster a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role

- Strong understanding of Scrum principles practices and frameworks

- Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience with software development projects and Agile methodologies

- Fluent in English both written and spoken

- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
