Architectural Site Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Architectural Site Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. The requirement is for a skilled and motivated professional capable of supervising architectural and finishing activities at construction sites. • Supervise day-to-day architectural and finishing works at the project site.
  
• Ensure site execution follows approved architectural drawings specifications and project requirements.
  
• Monitor masonry plastering flooring ceiling painting façade joinery and other finishing activities.
  
• Coordinate architectural works with civil structural and MEP teams to minimize site conflicts.
  
• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
  
• Monitor subcontractor and workforce activities and track daily site progress.
  
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and escalate them to the responsible engineer/project team.
  
• Maintain site safety quality housekeeping and work-completion standards.
  

1. Architectural Site Supervision Ability to monitor architectural and finishing activities on active construction sites.
   
2. Drawing Interpretation Ability to understand architectural drawings details layouts and specifications.
   
3. Finishing Works Knowledge Practical understanding of flooring ceilings painting masonry joinery and related finishes.
   
4. Quality Inspection Ability to identify workmanship defects and verify completed work against specifications.
   
5. Site Coordination Ability to coordinate architectural activities with civil MEP subcontractor and project teams.
   

• AutoCAD/drawing-reading knowledge.
  
• Familiarity with construction QA/QC procedures.
  
• Previous Gulf/Saudi construction-site exposure
