Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering IT or related field. Postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery. Experience leading a large multi-system 24x7 maintenance or managed-services contract of comparable scale. PMP or PgMP certification. ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification. Airport or mission-critical operations experience is strongly preferred. Strong leadership stakeholder-management commercial and service-governance capabilities.
