Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant System Administration / Infrastructure experience with practical DevOps
exposure.
• Relevant AWS Azure Microsoft Linux VMware or DevOps certifications will be an added
advantage.

Job Summary
Responsible for the administration monitoring security and availability of on-premise and cloud
infrastructure including servers network services virtualization platforms application environments and
DevOps deployment processes. The role covers Windows/Linux administration LDAP/Active Directory AWS
Microsoft Azure GitLab CI/CD backup monitoring and infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers including installation configuration patching
upgrades performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Manage LDAP / Active Directory user authentication access permissions Group Policy DNS and
DHCP.
• Administer cloud infrastructure on AWS and Microsoft Azure including compute networking
storage IAM/access management backup security and monitoring.
• Manage GitLab including repositories access controls branches GitLab Runners and CI/CD
pipelines.
• Configure and maintain automated application build deployment and release processes.
• Deploy and manage Docker/containerized applications and related environments.
• Administer virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Manage web/application servers such as Nginx Apache and IIS.
• Automate infrastructure and administration tasks using PowerShell Python or similar scripting tools.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates server security patch management and infrastructure hardening.
• Maintain backup restoration disaster recovery and high-availability procedures.
• Monitor servers applications cloud resources and infrastructure availability and performance.
• Support LAN/WAN VPN firewall DNS routing and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot production incidents perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive
measures.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation configurations SOPs and recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with Development QA DBA Application Support and other IT teams for deployments
and production support.
