Responsibilities
MEP QAQC Management: Oversee QA/QC activities for Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation and Plumbing systems.
Inspection & Testing: Conduct site inspections verify installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
ITP Implementation: Develop and enforce Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for mechanical and MEP works.
Materials Inspection: Review and approve material submittals conduct incoming material inspections and verify compliance with standards.
Testing & Commissioning: Supervise mechanical and MEP system testing commissioning and performance validation.
NCR Management: Identify non-conformances issue NCRs and monitor corrective actions until closure.
Documentation: Maintain QA/QC records inspection reports test certificates and compliance documentation.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to project specifications codes and client requirements.
Coordination: Liaise with project managers consultants and subcontractors to resolve QA/QC issues.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements in QA/QC processes to enhance project quality.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science / Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 710 years of QA/QC experience in Mechanical and MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems QA/QC procedures and international codes (ASME ASTM ISO NFPA).
Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and QA/QC documentation software.
Ability to independently manage inspections NCRs and compliance monitoring.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
