Required Skills:
- Minimum 812 years of experience in enterprise application administration analysis and support. - Strong expertise in managing and optimizing ERP / HRMS / CRM / enterprise-level business applications. - Proven experience in system configuration upgrades patch management and performance tuning. - Hands-on experience with SQL data analysis reporting and application troubleshooting. - Solid understanding of system integrations (APIs) middleware and database management. - Experience working within ITIL frameworks (incident problem and change management). - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and solutions. - Strong stakeholder coordination documentation and vendor management skills.
