Safety Officer

- to ensure compliance with the client objectives polices procedures standard and guidelines 

- Responsible for overall supervision of health & safety related aspects of the project 

- conduct review of available documents such as HSE plan Emergency preparedness

- Advice and provide health and safety support to the client supervisors and employees enable them to fulfil their HSE responsibilities 

- ensure implemented of last version of work zone traffic management guide 

- conduct contractor appraisals by reviewing necessary safety documents and systems 

- define implement and manage production of all H&S reports 

- Ensure adherence to health and safety policy and procedure and comply with any new work instruction 

Qualifications :

Holder of diploma in NEBOSH OSHA or equivalent 

Grad IOSH/ Tech IOSH membership 

Holder of certificate in temporary Traffic Management working 

Qatar driving licnece would be an advantage 

Additional Information :

Experience minimum 3 years relevant experiences

abilty to communcate verbaly and writing in english is essential
