Responsibilities
Supervision: Lead preservation crews in mechanical electrical and instrumentation preservation activities.
Planning: Organize daily preservation tasks allocate manpower and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Quality Control: Monitor preservation methods including application of protective coatings inhibitors and sealing systems.
System Maintenance: Ensure critical equipment remains preserved and ready for commissioning/start-up.
Documentation: Maintain preservation records inspection reports and compliance documentation.
Safety Enforcement: Enforce offshore HSE standards PPE usage and permit-to-work systems during preservation operations.
Requirements
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 57 years of offshore preservation experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of corrosion prevention preservation techniques and offshore standards.
Ability to read and interpret preservation procedures equipment manuals and QA/QC guidelines.
Familiarity with ASTM ISO and NOC preservation standards.
Certifications & Training
Preservation Qualification Procedure (MDR/Equivalent)
BOSIET / HUET (OPITO certified)
Basic H2S Training
EPCIC Project HSES Induction
