Painter Foreman

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Min. 5 years of experience in industrial painting with at least 2 years in a foreman role.
Hands-on experience in structural steel and industrial process building painting on power plant projects.
Proficient in surface preparation abrasive blasting (Sa 2.5) power tool cleaning and primer application.
Experienced in high-performance coating systems epoxy polyurethane and intumescent coatings
Ability to supervise painting crews monitor DFT readings and ensure coating specifications are met.
Familiar with painting inspection ITP implementation and coating documentation.
Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
