Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics Business Administration Economics or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or project management.
Experience in preparing analytical reports and measuring impact.
Strong skills in data analysis and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement monitoring and evaluation plans for projects and programs.
Prepare periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) and submit them to the relevant management.
Monitor compliance with work plans timelines and approved budgets.
Identify challenges and risks and provide corrective recommendations.
Evaluate performance and achievements at the strategic objectives level.
