Position Title: MEP Supervisor

Location: Qatar
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems within commercial residential or industrial facilities. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance activities ensure compliance with safety standards and coordinate with technicians to ensure all MEP systems operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities related to mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
• Allocate work assignments and monitor the performance of MEP technicians.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC electrical plumbing pumps generators and other building services.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and identify maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company procedures safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients contractors and suppliers regarding maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records reports and service documentation.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts tools and consumables required for maintenance.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe work practices at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and system breakdowns.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Management (preferred).
• Experience supervising MEP maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems electrical distribution plumbing systems pumps firefighting systems and building services.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Health Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
