Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.

Completion of a formal training program in Laboratory Technology.
-
Licensed / Eligible for license with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP).
-
Valid CPR Certification.
-
Experience using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
-
Knowledge of accreditation standards such as ISO 15189 JCI or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years of relevant laboratory experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Strong technical knowledge across multiple laboratory disciplines.

Proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical laboratory instruments.
-
Understanding of quality control and assurance principles.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
-
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
-
High level of accuracy integrity and attention to detail.
