IT Supervisor

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the hotels IT systems hardware software and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to hotel colleagues and management.
• Ensure smooth operation of hotel systems including PMS POS IPTV Wi-Fi telephony CCTV and access control systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware software and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system installations upgrades and maintenance.
• Maintain user accounts permissions and data security in accordance with company policies.
• Perform regular system backups and support disaster recovery procedures.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and IT projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory records and manage IT assets.
• Train employees on the effective use of hotel technology systems and applications.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data protection requirements.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience preferably within the hospitality industry with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS Micros POS IPTV CCTV and access control is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft Cisco CompTIA) are an advantage.
