Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger management and financial reporting.
Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning initiatives to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts and maintain accurate up-to-date financial records.
Collaborate with internal departments external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Monitor cash flow dynamics assess financial risks and enforce internal controls and company financial policies.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team fostering a culture of precision accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management with proven exposure to GCC financial regulations and practices.
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. IFRS GAAP) financial reporting frameworks and ERP systems.
Demonstrated analytical leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex financial processes and teams effectively.
