ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including receiving and addressing complaints conducting investigations and responding to inquiries.
- Review personal data management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Assess data privacy risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate requests for processing sensitive data and escalate them to the manager for approval.
- Implement procedures related to complaints and investigations ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Certifications:
- Data protection certifications preferred such as Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in English is required.
Additional Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles.
- Familiarity with cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of laws policies procedures and governance related to data protection and privacy.
- Awareness of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and blockchain.
- Technical expertise in computer networking concepts protocols and network security methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
