We are currently looking Data & AI Project Lead for our Qatar operations
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience managing large-scale Data and AI projects preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong technical understanding of data platforms analytics ecosystems and AI-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver programs under tight timelines.
- Hands-on expertise in Agile project management JIRA and collaboration tools.
- Strong communication leadership and vendor management skills.
- GCC and/or Qatar banking experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of project delivery including planning execution governance and closure.
- Manage and engage multiple stakeholders across business units IT teams and external partners.
- Drive project governance using Agile methodologies including sprint planning backlog management and progress tracking through JIRA.
- Facilitate Project Review Working Groups ensuring timely updates risk mitigation and effective decision-making.
- Oversee vendor coordination and ensure adherence to agreed timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Monitor project dependencies risks issues and escalations across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure successful delivery of Data Analytics Governance and AI-related initiatives aligned with business objectives.
