Civil Inspector

Perform civil and structural inspections at site in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards

Check civil and structural related materials for quality compliance and suitability before approval

Perform comprehensive quality checks at site to ensure adherence to design drawings and construction standards

Document inspection findings test results and observations in detailed reports and site records

Identify defects non-conformities and deviations from specifications and escalate issues to project management

Conduct material testing and measurements to confirm specifications are met

Liaise with contractors engineers and other site personnel to communicate inspection requirements and findings

Maintain accurate and organised records of all inspections certifications and approvals for project documentation

Qualifications :

• BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil and structural inspection
• Extensive experience in mega water and wastewater facilities including pump stations shafts and Sewage Treatment Plants
• Proven expertise in conducting quality assurance and quality control inspections on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of relevant building codes construction standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in preparing detailed inspection reports and technical documentation
