ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities:
- Apply cement plaster gypsum plaster and other finishing materials to walls and ceilings.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning levelling and applying bonding materials.
- Mix mortar and plaster according to the required proportions.
- Produce smooth even and durable finishes as per project specifications.
- Repair cracks damaged plaster and uneven surfaces.
- Follow site instructions quality standards and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 23 years of relevant experience as a Plaster Mason.
- Skilled in internal and external plastering and surface finishing.
- Knowledge of plaster mixing levelling screeding and finishing techniques.
- Construction or industrial project experience preferred.
- Ability to use plastering tools safely and effectively.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required Skills:
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift carry and move heavy materials; work in confined or elevated spaces. Experience: Previous experience in insulation work is an advantage but not always required for helper roles. Knowledge: Basic understanding of insulation materials tools and techniques (training is usually provided for helpers). Team Player: Willingness to work under supervision and assist skilled workers. Work Conditions: Comfortable working in cold environments outdoors or at heights. Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; basic understanding of workplace safety signs and labels.
