Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our team in Lusail Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering a range of beauty treatments excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional beauty services including facials waxing threading manicure pedicure and basic hair care.
Perform skincare analysis and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain cleanliness hygiene and sanitization standards across all workstations and tools.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable beauty solutions.
Ensure consistent service quality and follow salon protocols and safety standards.
Upsell services and products when appropriate.
Manage appointment schedules and assist with front-desk activities when required.
Stay updated with current beauty trends products and techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist.
Strong knowledge of skincare beauty treatments and salon services.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certification or diploma in Beauty/Skincare is preferred
