ملخص الوظيفة
Support Project Manager in preparing detailed execution plans schedules and progress reports using Avanceons project control templates.
Coordinate between internal departments (Engineering SCM Finance QA/QC Site) to ensure timely task completion.
Track project milestones material deliveries and resource mobilization plans.
Maintain and update project dashboards and status trackers per PMO reporting standards.
Assist in preparing or reviewing system architecture diagrams control philosophies I/O lists FAT/SAT protocols and project submittals.
Support Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) including documentation and punch-list closure.
Manage document transmittals to ensure submissions comply with Avanceons document control procedures.
Assist in monitoring project cost sheets billing milestones and subcontractor claims.
Support preparation of variation orders change requests and project correspondence.
Coordinate with SCM on supplier follow-ups logistics and BOQ alignment.
Participate in client meetings document minutes (MoMs) and update action trackers.
Coordinate with site teams on installation testing and commissioning progress.
Follow up on punch-list closure and ensure documentation completion prior to handover.
Solid understanding of PLC and SCADA systems (preferably Siemens PCS7 S7-400/1500 WinCC).
Ability to interpret P&IDs wiring diagrams and control system architecture drawings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Project Excel and project reporting tools.
Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Proactive learner with a positive attitude and commitment to project excellence.
Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or Control Systems Engineering.
10-12 years of experience in industrial automation or control system projects ideally within a system integrator or EPC environment.(4-5 years in Middle East)
Experience in Oil & Gas Water or Manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage.
