Asset Planner Highways Maintenance Planning Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Asset Planner (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha this role you will be responsible for implementing effective asset management strategies for road infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and longevity of our transportation network.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive asset management plans for road infrastructure specifically linear assets including road markings lining vehicle restraint systems and directional signage. 
• Analyze asset condition data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement in road infrastructure maintenance
• Create and update asset registers including condition assessments and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities and capital projects
• Prepare budget forecasts and long-term financial plans for asset maintenance and replacement
• Utilize GIS and asset management systems to track and visualize asset information
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize asset lifecycle
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to road asset management
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management processes and procedures

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Asset Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset maintenance planning or a related field preferably in roads operations and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of roads infrastructure and asset lifecycle management
• Proficiency in asset management systems (EAMS) GIS software and data analysis tools
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
