SENIOR QA ANALYST

About the role

Were looking for a sharp hands-on QA Manual Analyst to join our growing team in Tangier on a permanent basis. Youll be embedded in a dynamic fast-moving environment where quality is everyones business and your expertise will directly shape the product. The team moves quickly values open communication and genuinely enjoys what they build.

Working model: Hybrid 2 days per week on-site in Tangier remote the rest of the week.

What youll do

• Design write and execute detailed manual test plans test cases and test scripts
• Identify document and track bugs through their full lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement
• Report on quality metrics and flag risks early and clearly
• Champion a quality-first culture within a fluid agile team

What were looking for

QA Manual certification or equivalent qualification is mandatory this is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Proven experience in manual testing across web and/or mobile applications
• Strong command of test case design techniques (equivalence partitioning boundary value exploratory)
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira Linear or similar)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment with shifting priorities
• Clear communicator written and verbal English required
• Autonomous rigorous and detail-oriented mindset
