Location: Beirut Lebanon Full-Time
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple clients industries and regional markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment assignments from briefing to placement.
- Source screen interview and shortlist candidates.
- Manage client communication and hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain candidate networks.
- Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely delivery.
- Support and mentor interns when required.
Requirements
- 24 years of recruitment experience preferably in a consultancy or agency.
- Strong sourcing interviewing and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Regional recruitment experience is a plus.
- Fluent English; Arabic/French is a plus.
