Foreground is partnering with a healthcare services provider in Kuwait to hire an IT Manager to lead digital systems infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives across clinics and hospitals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT infrastructure networks and digital applications.
- Lead digital transformation and implementation of healthcare systems.
- Manage data security compliance and business continuity frameworks.
- Partner with medical and administrative leaders to optimize IT solutions.
- Manage IT budgets vendors and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 8 years of IT experience preferably in healthcare or service industries.
- Expertise in ERP systems cloud solutions and cybersecurity.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
