Job Title: Proposal Specialist IMPACT

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Client Enablement team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in AmmanJordan and is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office. As a Proposal Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating complex new business and defensive bids ensuring highquality proposals and presentations that align with client needs.
We will count on you to:
- Write original content for proposals and presentations in response to RFPs tailored to the audiences knowledge level.
- Review drafts from team contributors for clarity conciseness and accuracy.
- Identify strategic opportunities within RFPs to enhance value for clients.
- Collaborate with internal resources to integrate specific information into proposals.
- Manage the proposal development process including creating work plans and schedules.
- Formulate opportunity strategies in partnership with Client Managers and consulting teams.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Strong understanding of risk and insurance concepts and relevant industry practices.
- Excellent command of oral and written English with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

- Knowledge of relevant insurers and thirdparty service providers including their products and services.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with Marsh IT packages particularly Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).
