Senior ICT Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ICT Engineer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Information and Communications Technology department you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our organizations ICT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance security and reliability.

• Lead the design implementation and maintenance of complex ICT systems and infrastructure
• Develop and execute strategies for cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement robust cybersecurity measures
• Manage and optimize network performance including WAN LAN and wireless networks
• Oversee virtualization initiatives and implement server consolidation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ICT solutions with business objectives
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Develop and maintain documentation for ICT systems processes and procedures
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for ICT services and equipment
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• 15 years of experience in ICT engineering roles with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• Advanced knowledge of ICT infrastructure including networking servers storage and cloud technologies
• Expertise in network design implementation and maintenance
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Experience with virtualization technologies and server consolidation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management abilities and experience leading technical teams
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and emerging technologies
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in the ICT sector
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
