Job Purpose
To lead project-based sales efforts by identifying high-value opportunities managing key client relationships and delivering customized solutions that meet project requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Sales Development: Identify and pursue large-scale project opportunities through market research networking and lead generation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects consultants contractors and project owners to influence product selection.
- Technical Solution Selling: Understand project specifications and recommend suitable products or systems that align with client needs and technical requirements.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals quotations and tender documents tailored to project requirements.
- Site Visits and Project Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and project updates for reporting and analysis.
Education
Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing Management or relevant field
Experience
- Minimum four years of experience in construction materials.

- Fluency in Arabic and English.
