B2B Sales Executive

Job Summary:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote tires batteries filters and oils for Commercial trucks.
- Generate leads follow up with prospects and close sales deals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and fleet managers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right tires batteries filters and oils to optimize their fleet performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing contract terms and payment conditions to secure profitable deals.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and revenue targets.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams including operations warehouse and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in automotive parts fleet services or trucking industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated target-driven and able to work under pressure.
