ملخص الوظيفة
Manage monthly quarterly and year-end close processes
Supervise general ledger accounts payable/receivable and payroll accounting
Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and tax regulations
Review and finalize financial statements and management reports
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit and Zakat reviews
Implement and maintain accounting policies procedures and controls
Support ERP and system enhancements related to accounting functions
Collaborate with FP&A and operations for budgeting and cost analysis
Lead coach and develop accounting team members
Requirements
7 10 years of progressive accounting experience
Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Experience in F&B hospitality or multi-location retail is required
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
CPA CMA or equivalent professional certification preferred
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax/Zakat regulations
Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
